摘要
介绍了加速度计频率特性的拓展技术研究。在小体积的往复式摆上利用动圈换能、电容换能及有源伺服技术实现了加速度计低频特性、高频特性和测量量程的扩展。在单动圈速度摆加速度计和双动圈有源伺服式加速度计上利用加大阻尼比来扩展加速度计的低频特性、高频特性和测量量程;在电容换能力平衡加速度计上利用电子反馈技术加大加速度计的电子弹簧刚度来提高加速度计的自振频率,实现加速度计的高频特性的拓展。满足了工程振动和强地震动测量的需要。
The extended technique of an accelerometer's frequency characteristic was proposed.Moving coil energy transfer,capacitance energy transfer and active servo were used to implement the extension of an accelerometer's higher frequency characteristic,lower frequency characteristic and measurement range.Damping ratio of a single moving coil velocity pendulum accelerometer and a double moving coil active servo accelerometer was increased to extend their higher frequency characteristic,lower frequency characteristic and measurement range.Active servo was utilized to enhance stiffness so as to increase natural frequency of a capacitance energy transfer and force balance accelerometer.In this way,its higher frequency characteristic was highly extended to meet the requirement of engineering vibration and strong motion earthquake measurement.
