摘要
动圈换能有源伺服式加速度拾振器是利用伺服放大和速度反馈的原理来提高弹簧质量系统的阻尼,它可以实现无源电动式速度摆加速度拾振器无法达到的超大阻尼,从而实现动圈换能的超低频加速度测量。介绍了一种利用此种方法实现的低频下限达到0.01Hz的2005型加速度计。阐述了其原理和标定方法,并介绍了其主要技术性能及试验结果和分析。试验结果表明:伺服加速度计在其频带内频率误差小于0.1%,线性度为0.15%。
Moving-coil active servo aeeelerometer is made use of the principle of servo-magnify and velocityfeedback to increase damp of spring-mass system. It can realize ultra-great damp that passive magneto-electric velocity-pendulum accelerometer,can not reach and measuring acceleration of ultra-low frequency. The 2005 model accelerometer in this way that the low frequency limit is 0, 01 Hz is introduced. Not only the principle and the way of calibration, the technical perfornlance, but also the result and the analysis of test are presented. The results of test indicate that the frequency error of the accelerometer is less than 0.1% and .the degree of linearity is 0.15 % in its frequency band.
