摘要
综述近年来对乙烯生物合成重要中间产物S腺苷甲硫氨酸(SAM)及1氨基环丙烷1羧酸(ACC)各种分流途径的研究进展,重点介绍参与这些途径的关键酶及其基因的特性,并对控制乙烯生物合成的基因工程作一总结。
Recent advances in study of the pathways metabolizing Sadenosylmethionine (SAM)and 1aminocyclopropane 1 carboxylic acid (ACC),two major intermediates in ethylene biosynthesis pathway,were reviewed. The properties of the rate limiting enzymes and their encoding genes of these pathways are highlighted. Genetic engineering ways for controling ethylene biosynthesis were summarized.
