摘要
农业剩余劳动力向外转移这一资源再配置过程,对中国全社会劳动生产率的提高有着极大的促进作用,对中国经济增长有着不可忽视的重要意义。本文将从农村劳动力转移的现状出发,分析农村劳动力转移中存在的问题,并提出相应的建议。
The process of surplus agricultural labor force shift enormously promoted the productirity of entire china＇s society and had the noticeable important meaning to the chinese economic growth. This paper will start from the present situation of rural labor force shift and analyse these problems exiting in this process and put forward corresponding proposals.
