大鼠表皮角化细胞分裂活性的拓扑学特征 被引量:3

TOPOGRAPHIC CHARACTERISTICS OF MITOTIC ACTIVITY OF RAT KERATINOCYTES

摘要 为了探讨大鼠躯干背部皮肤表皮角化细胞的分裂活性是否因部位而有区别,常规石蜡切片和HE染色,通过核型观察计数分裂中期细胞。结果显示:在所研究的范围内,分裂活性随表皮的部位而异,分裂活性高低不同的角化细胞各自聚集成群,细胞群的大小约为10-3m数量级,大于已报告的变异尺度。而且在所观察的全部动物,在距背中线约10mm处,均可看到1条与背中线大体平行的由低分裂活性细胞构成的细胞带。从比较解剖学看,这个部位相当于膀胱经经过的部位。结果提示。 To explore if the mitotic activity of keratinocytes in rat trunk back skin is regionally different. Routine paraffin section and HE staining were used. A novel regional heterogeneity in mitotic activity of keratinocytes was discovered in which not only was the scale of variation in mitotic activity larger than that have ever been reported but also occurred a cell ribbon of low mitotic activity which coincided in location with bladder meridian in traditional chinese medicine according to the comparative anatomy. The regional concentration of adrenergic nerve endings and gap junctions may be responsible for this topography.
