摘要 目的:探讨肾细胞癌与多药耐药的关系。方法:应用免疫组化方法,检测44例术前未进行化疗的肾细胞癌和16例正常肾组织中的P糖蛋白(P-gp)和谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶-π(GST-π)表达。结果:P-gp和GST-π在16例正常肾组织中的表达率均为100%,在44例肾细胞癌组织中分别为63.6%和54.5%,P-gp和/或GST-π阳性表达率为79.5%。P-gp和GST-π的表达与其组织类型有关,与肿瘤的分化程度无关。结论:检测P-gp和GST-π对肾细胞癌病人的治疗方案选择和预后判断具有重要的临床意义。 Purpose To study the correlation of renal cell carcinoma and multidrug resistance. Methods Fortyfour human renal cell carcinomas of previously untreated patients and 16 normal kidney tissues were studied for the expression of Pglycoprotein(Pgp) and glutathione Stransferaseπ (GSTπ) by means of immunohistochemistry. Results The expressions of Pgp and GSTπ were 100% in the proximal tubules of the kidney, 636% and 545% in renal cell carcinoma tissues, respectively. The expressions of Pgp and/or GSTπ were 795%. There was a correlation between the expression of Pgp/GSTπ and histologic subtypes, but no difference in grades of differentiation in renal cell carcinomas. Conclusions Pgp and GSTπ may have significant clinic value in the evaluation of prognosis and therapy design.
