摘要
目的评价一种新型可切削生物活性玻璃陶瓷的血液相容性。方法采用直接接触法、浸提液接触法两种溶血实验方法,将该新型可切削生物活性玻璃陶瓷及其浸提液分别在37℃与稀释人血接触,相互作用60min后,离心并测定其上清吸光度,计算材料的溶血率。结果直接接触法和浸提液接触法测得该新型可切削生物活性玻璃陶瓷溶血率分别为1.86%和0.91%。结论该新型可切削生物活性玻璃陶瓷具有良好的血液相容性。
Objective To evaluate the blood compatibility of a new machinable bioactive glass-ceramic.Meth- ods Using direct contact method and extract contact method,we made the new machinable bioactive glass- ceramic or extract be in contact with the diluted blood of healthy volunteer for 60 min,at 37 ~C.Then centrifugate them and measured the absorbance of the supematant.At last calculated the hemolysis rate.Results The hemolysis rate were 1.86% by direct contact method and 0.91% by extract contact method.Conclusion The new machinable bioactive glass-ceramic showed good blood compatibility.
