摘要
目的:评价激光快速成形钴铬(LRF Co-Cr)合金的生物安全性。方法:参照国家标准GB/T 16886.5-2003,GB/T 16886.4-2003,GB/T 16886.12-2005以及医药行业标准YY-T0279-1995、YY-T0244-1996所规定的方法,分别对该材料进行溶血实验、短期全身毒性实验、细胞毒性实验、口腔黏膜刺激实验。结果:LRF Co-Cr合金无细胞毒性;溶血率小于5%,有良好的血液相容性;对黏膜无刺激性;无短期全身毒性。结论:初步认为激光快速成形钴铬合金具有良好的生物安全性。
Objective: To evaluate the biological safety of Co-Cr alloy fabricated by laser rapid forming(LRF) method.Methods: According to the national standards of GB/T 16886.5-2003,GB/T 16886.4-2003,GB/T 16886.12-2005,YY-T0279-1995 and YY-T0244-1996,general cytotoxicity test,hemolysis test,oral mucous membrane irritation test and acute systemic toxicity test were conducted to evaluate the biological safety of the Co-Cr alloy.Results: The LRF Co-Cr alloy showed the cytotoxicity of grade 1 in the extract at the concentration of 10%-100%,and grade O in 1%.The hemolytic rate was lower than 5%.No mucous membrane irritation and no acute systemic toxicity were observed.Conclusion: The LRF Co-Cr alloy has good biological safety.
