摘要
目的探讨硅油填充术后高眼压的产生原因和治疗措施。方法分析214例(215眼)硅油填充术后继发性高眼压35例(35眼)的临床资料。结果硅油填充术后高眼压的发生率为16.3%,可能原因是硅油乳化、术后炎性反应、无晶状体眼瞳孔阻滞、激素反应性高眼压、前房角变窄及硅油填充过量等。早期高眼压与术后炎性反应和硅油填充过量有关,中期以无晶状体眼瞳孔阻滞、前房角变窄和激素性高眼压为主,晚期多见于硅油乳化。结论硅油填充术后应根据不同时期可能出现高眼压的原因及时治疗,防止硅油填充术后因高眼压所造成的视功能损害。
Objective To investigate relevant factors and treatment methods for high intraocular pressure. （IOP） after silicone oil tamponade. Methods Clinical records for 35 eyes with secondary high IOP were analyzed in 214 cases （215 eyes） after silicone oil tamponade treatment. Results There was a 16.3 % incidence of high IOP. High IOP was caused by silicone oil emulsification, inflammation, aphakia pupillary blockage, glucocorticoid-induction and silicone oil overfilling. In the early stage after treatment, high IOP was caused by inflammation and silicone oil overfilling. In the middle stage high IOP was caused by a narrowed anterior chamber, glucocorticoid-induction and aphakia pupillary blockage. At the late stage high IOP was caused by silicone oil emulsification. Conclusion High IOP is a common complication following silicone oil tamponade. Timely treatment should be based on correcting the conditions that arise at different stages after silicone, oil taraponade. This can prevent further damage to visual function.
