摘要 目的:评价99Tcm-RBC显像在诊断软组织血管瘤中的价值。方法:回顾性分析47例行99Tcm-RBC血管瘤显像患者的影像资料,47例患者共53个病灶均行彩色多普勒超声检查并经术后病理确诊。结果:99Tcm-RBC血管瘤显像诊断软组织血管瘤灵敏度87.5%,特异度100%,阳性预测值100%,阴性预测值72.2%。彩色多普勒超声检查诊断软组织血管瘤灵敏度95.0%,特异度69.2%,阳性预测值90.5%,阴性预测值81.8%。两种方法检测灵敏度无显著性差异;99Tcm-RBC血管瘤显像特异性显著高于彩色多普勒超声检查。结论:99Tcm-RBC显像对诊断软组织血管瘤有重要价值,而且无创、简便,阳性结果意义更大。 Objective:To evaluate the value of 99^Tc^m-RBC imaging for diagnosis of hemangioma in soft tissue.Methods:Imaging findings of 47 patients totally 53 lesions undergoing 99^Tc^m-RBC hemangioma imaging were reviewed retrospectively,color Doppler ultrasonography was progressed in all patients.Results:The sensitivity,specificity,positive prediction value and negative prediction value of 99^Tc^m-RBC hemangioma imaging were 87.5 %,100%,100 % and 72.2% respectively,and those of color Doppler ultrasonography were 95.0 %,69.2%,90.5% and 81.8% respectively.There was no statistical difference in the sensitivity between two methods,but specificity of 99^Tc^m-RBC hemangioma imaging was significantly higher than that of color Doppler ultrasonography.Conclusion:99^Tc^m-RBC imaging is a good method for diagnosing hemangiomas in soft tissue,it is non-invasive and simply,positive findings is more valuable.
