摘要
通过对242例慢性乙型肝炎患者舌下脉络的观察，据中医辨证分型，发现慢性乙型肝炎不同证型间舌下脉络曲张程度各有差异，肝郁脾虚、脾肾阳虚型舌下脉络迂曲扩张程度均低于瘀血阻络型（经统计学处理，均P＜0．01）。说明舌下脉络迂曲扩张可作为血瘀证辨证的主要指标之一。
After the observation of ateria lingualis in hypoglissi of 242 cases of Chronic Hepatitis B, according to defferent of Symptoms and Signs, it is found that degree of anfractuoidty and aggrandize and anfractuosity of the arteria lingualis in hypoglossi of defferent chronic Hipatitis B exist devergence. The degree of aggrndize and anfractusity of the arteria lingualis in hypoglissi of beressha of liver due to spleen deficiency and Yan deficiencyin the spleen and kidney are all lowr than Blood - stasis growp (p<0.01). the results showed the aggrandizeand anfractusity of the arteria lingualis in hypoglossi can take as one of main targers of Differentiation of symptoms and signs of Blood-stasis.
