The Simulation Research on the Phase Profilometry: Influences of the System Structural Parameters

摘要 在一个结构光三维传感的计算机仿真系统上,研究了由观察光场重建三维面形的过程,以及系统主要结构参数对位相测量轮廓术的影响,提出了根据对标准平面的测量结果对参数进行修正的方法,为实际系统的结构调整和参数校正提供了一种新的途径。本文采用离散相移算法对观察光场解调计算出离散位相,对位相解截断得到连续位相,再利用几何关系计算物面高度分布。讨论了一些主要结构参数(l,d,P0)对测量的影响,同时采用人机对话的方式根据对标准平面的测量误差曲线来修正这些参数。还讨论了随机分布的噪声对测量的影响,给出了一定噪声均方差下求得的平面的均方误差。 A process for reconstructing 3 D surface shape from the observing light field and the influences of the main structural parameters of the system on the phase profilometry are investigated on the basis of the computer simulation system for the structural light 3 D sensing.A correcting method for the parameters accor ding to the measured results of the standard plane is put forward,thus a new approach is provided for the structural adjustment and the parameters correction of the practical system.The discrete phase of the observing light field is demodulated and calculated by using the discrete phase shift algorithm.The continuous phase will be obtained by the phase demodulation and segmentation.Then the height distribution of the object plane can be calculated by means of the geometric relations.The influences of some main structural parameters (l,d,P 0) on the measurement are discussed.These parameters will be corrected by means of the man machine interaction mode according to the measuring error curves of the standard plane.The influence of the random distributed noise on the measurement is also discussed,and the root mean square error of the plane obtained under certain noise RMS error is given.
