Research and Realization of Expert Control Model for Water Addition in Sintering Process

摘要 水分是影响烧结过程至关重要的因素。由于烧结混合料中水分不均匀,而红外线水分仪测量普遍存在偏差,再加上混合加水过程存在4~5分钟时延,因而水分的精确控制一直是烧结过程控制的重点和难点。为此,长天公司采用软测量技术和模糊控制为基础,开发了一种新型的烧结混合加水专家控制模型,经在国内多个大型烧结机上应用,均取得了很好的效果。 Moisture of the mixed materials is the most important fact which influences the sintering process. Due to uneven moisture in sintering mixture and common deviation in the moisture detecting by infrared moisture meter,and also due to a 4 5 minute delay in mixing and water addition process, the accurate control of moisture has always been of an importance and a difficulty. Thus based on soft sensing and fuzzy control technology, Zhongye Changtian International Engineering Co. Ltd deveIoped a new type of expert control model for water addition in sintering mixing,it has been applied in many domestic large sized sinter machines and good effect has been obtained.
