摘要
为了大规模利用硫酸渣资源,由中冶长天公司、中南大学、铜陵有色三家合作进行了以硫酸渣作主要原料生产氧化球团的技术研究,并成功地开发出了该技术。2008年9月,一条120万t/a以硫酸渣作为主要原料的氧化球团生产线在铜陵有色公司正式投产。本文介绍了该技术的主要内容及工业应用情况。
In order to utilize the pyrite residue resources on a large scale, the research of producing oxidized pellet with the pyrite residue as raw materials was conduction by three units as Zhongye Changtian Co., Central South University and Tongling Non-Ferrous Co.in cooperation, and the technology was successfully developed. In Sep 2008, and a 1.2 Mt/a oxidized pellet production line with the pyrite residue as raw materials was officially put into production in Tongling Non- Ferrous Co. The main contents of the technology and its industrial application were introduced in this paper.
