摘要
本文利用有限元的双参数法，构造了一类十二参矩形板元，通过广义分片检验，因此对四阶问题收敛．形函数空间的最后两个基函数采用一般函数加限制条件的形式．
Using the double set parameter method of finite element,a class of 12 parameter rectangular plate elements,which past the generalized patch test is constructed.So are convergent for 4 order problems.The last two bases of shape function space are general functions restrained by some conditions.
