微热板式传感器自动测控系统的研究
The research on the monitoring and control system of sensors with micro-hot plate
摘要
本文介绍微热板式微气压传感器的工作原理,及基本的特性。同时从影响传感器测试的因素出发,介绍微热板式微气压传感器的方案,及由此采取的测试系统控制策略。将模糊控制理论应用于真空控制,设计了模糊控制器,建立微热板式微气压传感器的自动测控系统,为开展传感器的性能测试提供良好的实验平台。
