摘要
目的探讨肝病类药物的使用情况。方法对我院2005-2008年肝病药品的用药品种、用药金额、用药频度等进行统计分析。结果2005-2007年肝病类药物的用药费用有下降趋势,但2008年比2007年有所上升。拉米夫定这4年的用药频度一直领先。结论从肝病类药物的使用分析结果看,药物的品种数量升高而占全院药品金额的比例却逐年下降,药物利用指数（DUI）≤1,说明我院的肝病类药物使用比较合理。
Objective To explore the application instances of liver disease drugs.Methods 2005~2008 liver disease drug varieties,the amount of drug use,DDDs,etc.were statistically analyzed.Results The cost of liver disease drugs has been a downward trend in 2005～2007,but in 2008 showed a rising trend than in 2007.DDDs of Lamivudine has been a leading medication for 4 years.Conclusion The number of varieties of liver disease drugs increased but the proportion of the total amount of hospital medicine has been declined year after year.The drug use index（DUI） ≤1;it means that the use of liver disease drugs in our hospital is more reasonable.
