摘要
目的制定冠心康颗粒质量标准。方法用TLC法进行定性鉴别,以RP-HPLC测定丹酚酸B的含量。采用C18柱,流动相为乙腈-甲醇-甲酸-水（10∶30∶1∶59）,检测波长为286nm。结果TLC可以鉴别赤芍、川芎、红花,丹酚酸B的线性范围为0.146-1.75mg,平均回收率为98.0%。结论定性、定量方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于冠心康颗粒的质量标准。
Objective To estabolish the method for quality control of Guanxinkang Granules.Methods Using TLC to identify the granules.Salvianolic acid B in granules was determined by RP-HPLC.Using C18 column,the mobile phase was made from acetonitrile-methanol-methanoic acid-water（10∶30∶1∶59）;the detection wavelength was at 286nm.Results The herbs could be identified by TLC.For Salvianolic acid B,the linear range was from 0.146~1.75mg,and the average recovery was 98.0%.Conclusion The method is simple,reliable and accurate.It can be applied to the quality control of Guanxinkang Granules.
