摘要
由头基较大的一种季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂另一种阴离子表面活性剂按一定的比例和浓度混合而成的新颖双水相体系。作为一种液──液萃取体系用于低浓度、痕量成份的分离检测,其操作简单、快捷。该体系由于仅含有很稀浓度的表面活性剂(总表面活性剂浓度低于1%(w/w)),生物活性物质在其中分配不易失活变性。因此,在对生物活性物质在其中分离、纯化等方面表现出来了特有的应用价值。本文探讨了这种经济简单、条件温和独特的双水相体系的性质,以及选择了三种苯丙氨酸衍生物作为研究对象,探讨了它们在所选双水相中的分配行为。
Aqueous two- phase system consists of a cationic surfactant of a quart -ammonium salt mixing in a morlar ratio with anionic surfactant. As a liquid - liquid extraction system, its operation is simple and quick in determinlng low-concentration-and - trace components. Because of thin concentration of surfactant (surfactant concentration below 1 % (w/w) ), biolactive matter is not liable to lose its bioactivity in the distribution,which have special value in isolation and purification of biomolecule. The nature of the economical,simple and moderate two-phase system and the distribution in the two -phase system of three phenylalanine derivatives, used as analysis objects, are discussed in the paper.
