摘要
为了提高活性碳纤维的脱硫性能,使用三聚氰胺、氯化铵、尿素作为改性剂对活性碳纤维进行改性,得到一系列含氮活性碳纤维(N-ACFs)。通过XPS研究了改性活性碳纤维的表面化学结构的变化,并测定了其脱硫性能。实验发现:三聚氰胺改性ACF的最大累积硫容为38.26 mg/g,氯化铵改性ACF的最大累积硫容33.69 mg/g,尿素改性ACF的最大累积硫容为41.71 mg/g,分别比空白样的累积硫容提高了136.17%、107.96%和157.47%。纤维表面化学结构研究表明,3种改性剂均能增加ACF表面氮官能团含量,较大幅度地提高脱硫性能。其中,尿素改性ACF表面氮官能团的种类与数量有较大变化:改性后的ACF表面增加了类吡啶氮、类吡咯氮和质子化吡啶氮这3种含氮官能团,其含量分别占总表面氮含量的35.85%、32.72%和31.43%。
Activated carbon fibers(ACFs) were modified with melamine,ammonium chloride and carbamide to enhance their desulfurization performances,and a series of nitrogen-containing activated carbon fibers(N-ACFs) were obtained.The changes of the surface chemical structures were analysed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and the desulfurization performances of these nitrogen-containing activated carbon fibers were determined.Maximum SO2 capacity of melamine-modified ACFs,ammonium chloride-modified ACFs and carbamide-modified ACFs were 38.26 mg/g,33.69 mg/g and 41.71 mg/g,respectively,which of these three kinds of ACFs were 136.17%,107.96% and 157.47% more than the sample unmodified,respectively.The analysis of the fibers' surfaces chemical structures illustrated that the amount of nitrogen-containing functional groups on ACFs increased by modified with melamine,ammonium chloride and carbamide,and the desulfurization performances were improved.The species and quantity of nitrogen-containing functional groups on ACFs modified by carbamide were changed greatly.The class pyridine nitrogen,class pyrrole nitrogen and protonated pyridine nitrogen were introduced to the surface of ACFs,and their nitrogen content of total nitrogen content on the melamine-modified activated carbon fibers were 35.85%,32.72% and 31.43%,respectively.
