摘要
文章通过阐述人事档案的含义和当前的利用需要,提出了人事档案管理的重要性,在此基础上结合当前人事档案管理的现状,探讨了目前人事档案管理的对策。
In the article, the importance for management of personnel archives is put forward by elaborating the meaning and present utilization of personnel archives, Moreover, some countermeasures are discussed by combining with the present situations for management of personnel archives.
