摘要 目的观察黄芪对肾型高血压大鼠血压的影响。方法建立两肾一夹型(模型)大鼠高血压模型,以卡托普利为对照,给药后测定并比较各组大鼠的血压,心率及血浆AngⅡ、ET含量,考察其降压作用。结果黄芪能明显降低肾型高血压大鼠的收缩压、心率和血浆AngⅡ、ET水平,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论黄芪具有降压作用,其作用机制与降低血浆AngⅡ、ET水平有关。 Objective: To observe the astragalus mongholicus on renal hypertensive rat blood pressure. Methods: Two-kidney one-clip-type (model) hypertension model in rats with Captopril for the control, after administration of rats measured and compared the blood pressure, heart rate and plasma Ang Ⅱ , ET content, examining its role in blood pressure. Results: Astragalus mongholicus can be significantly reduced systolic blood pressure and plasma Ang Ⅱ , ET levels in rats with renal hypertension, compared with the model group, the index were significantly different (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: Astragalus mongholicus has a antihypotensive effect. Its mechanism may be attributed to its lowering of plasma Ang Ⅱ , ET levels.
