摘要
目的: 促进抗肿瘤注射剂的合理使用,提高临床使用的安全性和有效性。方法: 查阅分析抗肿瘤药物的文献资料,总结临床常用抗肿瘤注射剂的配置要求、联合用药的给药顺序、药物间相互作用以及患者用药的注意事项等在抗肿瘤注射剂使用中的常见问题。结果和结论:抗肿瘤注射剂配置和使用过程复杂,影响因素多,药师要更多的参与协助临床。
Objective： To improve the rational use of cancer therapeutic injections and promote the clinical safety and efficacy use of them. Methods： Summarizing the common problems when using of cancer therapeutic injections such as the requirements when preparing the administration of intravenous admixture, the sequence of combination chemotherapy, the drug interaction and general precautions, according to the literature and information of drugs. Results and Conelusions： The preparing of administration and using process of cancer therapeutic injections are complicated and there are many influencing factors so that pharmacist should participate more in the administration and use of cancer therapeutic injections in their clinical use.
