摘要
目的: 综述两种药物作用于人体时发生相互作用的机制及分类,以及与临床安全、合理用药的关系。方法: 分析评述近年来国内外相关文献资料。结果: 两种药物可以在药剂学、药物动力学和药效学方面发生相互作用从而使药效加强或减弱,或(和)不良反应减弱或增强。结论: 医生和药师应熟知药物相互作用,以增加药物疗效,降低药品不良反应发生,促进合理用药。
Objective： To review the mechanism and classification of drug interaction, and the relationship with safe and rational use of drugs in clinical application. Methods： Analysis and comments were made on the literatures at home and abroad in recent years. Results： Two drugs can be interacted in the aspects of pharmaceutics, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, so that drug effects and side effects can be enhanced or weakened. Conclusions： Clinicians and pharmacists should know very well about these interactions to increase drug efficacy and reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions, and imnrove the rational use of drugs.
