摘要
本文采用镜反射红外光谱法,用红外光谱观察生漆漆膜在不锈钢镜面上的固化过程,通过官能团在时间进程中的变化,提出漆膜固化反应的开始,主要是酚羟基与双键的二聚反应。 同时,我们对用离心旋转薄层层析法分离得到的乙酰化漆酚二聚体的主要组分进行了红外与质谱测定,所得结果进一步证实了漆膜结构的上述红外光谱研究结果。
The solidification of Chinese lacquer film on stainless steel mirror has been observed by reflecting IR spsctroscopy. Through the functions vary in the process of time, wereach a conclusion that the starting point of solidification of Chinese lacquer is the dimerization of double bonds and phenolic hydroxyl.The main component of acetate urushiol dimer separated by centrifugal rotation TLC has been determined by IR and MS, The results confirm the above-mentioned film structures.
