摘要
作为一种新开发的分离分析技术,吹扫-捕集色谱分析方法对测试样品不需要有机溶剂萃取和浓缩,可减少样品的损失和对环境的污染。为扩展该技术在天然产物化学成分分离分析中的应用,结合笔者的工作,对动态顶空技术及其近年来该技术在该领域中的应用与研究概况进行了综述与展望。
Purge and trap technique is non destructive,avoids the use of solvents in extracting volatile organic compounds and concentration the extract afterwards.The method has high sensitivity,low detection limit,accurate quantitative analysis and simple operation.This paper summarizes Purge and Trap technique in application to the natural product.It＇ll provide a reliable scientific reference for the development of the natural product.
