摘要
阐述地铁系统联调与运营演练的意义、前提条件、内容、参与各单位职责、计划编制原则及工作流程。说明机电设备系统联调及运营演练的重要性,既是地铁交通工程建设的客观要求,又是实现由建设向运营顺利过渡的必然过程,同时也是提高地铁工程建设水平、运营服务水平的社会需求,每个新开通的地铁都应该引起足够的重视。
This paper presents the significance, preconditions, details, responsibilities of all parties involved, planning principles and working process of metro system debugging and operation drilling. It explains the importance of the integrated test of electrical and mechanical equipment system and operation drilling, which constitute the objective requirements of metro construction and the necessary procedure to realize the smooth transition from construction to operation. The integrated test of electrical and mechanical equipment system and operation drilling have instructive significance to newly-opened metro systems.
