摘要
本文数值研究了波长为0.69μm和10.6μm的脉冲激光对InSb材料的熔融阈值,考虑了不同的激光吸收机制以及材料的光学热学特性对温度的依赖性,给出了熔融阈值和脉冲宽度的定标关系,并与实验结果作了对比。
The laser -induced damage thresholds of InSb at laser wavelengths of 0.69μm and 10.6μm are studied in this paper. The laser absorption mechanisms and the temperature dependences of optical and thermal transport properties of InSb material are considered. The calculated results are compared with the experimental values. The dependences of laser-induced damage thresholds on laser pulse duration are obtained.
