摘要
设计一套新型金刚石压机交流加热系统,建立了加热系统的模型,详细阐述了恒平均电压、恒有效电压及恒功率3种加热方式的特性及差别,在此基础上选择了恒功率交流加热方式。深入分析系统脉冲控制环节和检测环节的原理及特点,采用带有输出偏置的模拟PI控制器作为控制核心,同时论述了该控制器的参数设计原理及步骤。仿真和实验结果表明,所设计的加热系统具有实时性强、控制精度高、动静态特性优良、易于实现等特点,能较好地满足金刚石生产工艺的要求。
A novel AC heating system for man-made diamond was introduced and the model of the heating system was established. Three types of AC heating system,including constant power,constant average voltage and constant root mean square (RMS) voltage AC heating system were analyzed. Finally,constant power AC heating system was adopted. The principle and characteristics of the pulse control and detection part were analyzed in depth. A bias analog PI controller was used as the control core;meanwhile,the principle and steps for controller parameter setting were discussed. Simulation and experiment results show that the suggested heating system has characteristics of good real-time capability, high control precision, favorable dynamic and static behaviors as well as easy realization. It can well meet the technical requirements of diamond synthesizing.
