摘要 为满足大功率电力电子器件及其控制技术发展需要,设计了一种实用的防雷保护装置,由氧化锌避雷器、氧化锌非线性电阻和电感等组成,能有效地防止雷电波的入侵和保护电力电子器件。文中分析了保护装置的运行原理,并进行了仿真研究,结果表明其效果良好。 A design of lightning protection for power electronic devices is given ,comprised of a MOA ,a MOV and a reactor. In this paper the operating principle of the design is clearly elucidated,and its effectiveness is proved by simulation.
