摘要
本文提出高速钢刀具热处理值得关注的碳饱和度、硬度、金相检验等六个问题。指出制定热处理工艺应该个性化,加强过程监控,避免失误。
In this paper, it is raised six issues of concern sach as carbon saturation, hardness, microstructure examination ere, which appear in high-speed steel cutters after heat treatment, and pointed out that the heat treatment process should be personalized and enhanced process monitoring, as so to avoid mistakes.
