摘要
高速钢大量的碳化物是高速钢性能的重要保证,然而,碳化物分布不均匀、粗大角状碳化物、碳化物开裂、碳化物粘连等缺陷对钢的质量和性能都会产生不良影响,最终导致刀具寿命低下。深入了解碳化物的形态,做好转化和转变,对提高刀具寿命非常有益。
The massive carbides in the high-speed steel are important guarantees of the high-speed steel performance,but the defects such as non-uniform distribution of carbide,coarse hornlike carbide,carbide dehiscence,carbide adhesion and so on can have the adverse effect to the steel quality and the performance,to cause the cutting tool life to be low finally.Understanding in-depth morphology of carbide and doing good transformation and change are very useful to improve the tool life.
