摘要
医务社会工作的作用已被广泛证实。近年来,上海的医疗机构以不同的方式开展医务社会工作,使其得到了较好地发展。其中,同济大学附属东方医院的模式已成为上海市综合性医院开展医务社会工作的代表。其专业工作方法不仅包括院前、院中和院后各个服务期,也涵盖了包括探访、个案、小组、社区、义工和公益项目在内的多元化服务方式。实践证明,这一模式取得了实效,也得到了服务对象、医院和领导等各层面的肯定和好评。
The functions of the medical and social work have been widely demonstrated.In recent years,the medical institutions in Shanghai have launched the medical and social work in different ways,which goes on quite well.Among all,the mode taken by Dongfang Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University has been the model for the comprehensive hospitals in Shanghai to develop medical and social work.The specialized working method covers not only the various service periods before,in the middle of and after the hospitalization but also the diversified service modes,like paying visits,individual cases,small groups,communities,voluntary service and public welfare projects.Practice proves that the mode bears substantial results and is confirmed and appraised by the favorable receivers,the service subjects,hospitals and the leaders.
