摘要
目的:探讨心力衰竭患者血浆B型钠尿肽(BNP)水平的检测及临床意义。方法:采用快速免疫荧光法分别测定本院2009年1～8月收治的54例心力衰竭患者及25例同期健康者的血浆BNP水平,对两组进行比较分析。结果:心力衰竭患者的血浆BNP水平明显高于健康者。结论:血浆BNP的水平对心力衰竭患者的诊断及严重程度评估有重要的临床价值。
Objective：To investigate the plasma BNP levels in the patients with heart failure.Methods：From January to August 2009 in our hospital,the plasma BNP levels of 54 patients with heart failure and 25 healthy subjects during the same period and healthy people over the same period were determined.The results were compared and analyzed.Results：The plasma BNP levels of heart failure patients was significantly higher than that of the healthy subjects.Conclusion：Plasma BNP levels has important clinical value for the diagnosis and severity assessment of heart failure patients.
