摘要
目的检测脑利钠肽(BNP)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在慢性心力衰竭患者血清中的表达,探讨其临床意义。方法选取我院诊治的98例慢性心力衰竭的患者作为观察组,选取体检为正常成人60例血清作为对照组,检测两组血清中BNP和hs-CRP的含量,探讨其临床意义。结果观察组血清中BNP和hs-CRP的表达量显著高于对照组,BNP和hs-CRP的表达与慢性心力衰竭的分级密切相关,经线性相关分析显示观察组患者血清中BNP和hs-CRP的表达呈正相关性。结论 BNP和hs-CRP在慢性心力衰竭患者血清中高表达,二者的协同作用在疾病的发展中具有重要促进作用,BNP和hs-CRP的联合检测对判断慢性心力衰竭的严重程度及指导治疗可能具有重要作用。
Objective To detect the expressions of BNP and hs-CRP in acute stage patients with chronic heart failure,to investigage their clinical significance. Methods All of 98 cases chronic heart failure as observation group and 60 cases normal serum as control group,and to detect the expressions of BNP and hs-CRP in different clinical characters. Results The expressions of BNP and hs-CRP were higher in the observation group than the control group. Compared with the control group,the expressions of BNP and hs-CRP were correlated with patient＇s grade. There was positive correlationship between BNP and hs-CRP in patients. Conclusion The higher expressions of BNP and hs-CRP may promote the occurrence and development in chronic heart failure. The joint detection of BNP and hs-CRP should be helpful to predict the severity in patients with chronic heart failure.
