摘要
论述了220 kV某变电站10 kV 1台集合式电容器,在投运9 s后发生短路爆炸事故,通过对电容器解剖,结合故障录波记录进行认真分析、论证,确定了本次事故是由于集合式电容器壳体内对地主绝缘层存在缺陷而造成在10 kV额定运行电压下绝缘击穿,形成相间短路放电,电弧的高温使绝缘油迅速过热汽化,造成壳体鼓包和爆裂,同时空气已进入箱体内而引起绝缘油燃烧,导致2#电容器完全烧毁。针对事故所暴露出的问题,提出了对集合式电容器应进行DL/T 596-1996标准未规定的绝缘油微水及色谱检测等,这一检测对发现集合式电容器内部主绝缘缺陷是一种十分必要及有效的方法。
The paper describes the accident of a set of 10 kV assembling capacitor at a certain 220 kV substation,which exploded after 9 seconds of operation due to short circuit.Through dissection of the capacitor,careful analyses and demonstration of the record of the faults recorder,it is concluded that the defect of the insulating layer between the inner housing and the ground caused insulation breakdown at the 10 kV rated operating voltage,therefore resulting in short-circuit discharge between phases.The high temperature of arc overheats and vaporizes the insulating oil,causing shell bulges and burst.At the same time,air entered the body and resulted in burning of the insulating oil,so the No.2 capacitor was totally burned down.As for the problem revealed by the fault,this paper propose that some such tests as moisture measurement in insulating oil and chromatographic detection etc not specified by the DL/T596-1996 standard should be carried out.This detection is the necessary and effective way in detecting the main insulating defect inside the assembling capacitor.
