摘要
外壳耐爆性能是电力电容器的重要安全性指标,但缺乏具体的试验标准。介绍了电容器外壳耐受爆破能量试验的研究现状,根据多年从事耐爆试验的经验和研究成果,对试品、试验方法、回路参数和测量系统等提出了明确要求,并创新引入能量焦耳积分概念,应用于耐爆试验注入能量计算。根据确立的试验要求和方法设计试验回路并开展试验检测,完成了特高压串补装置用串联电容器的耐爆试验。
Explosion tolerance performance of shell is a key safety index of power capacitor, but there is lack of test standard. The paper introduces status quo of research on explosion energy tolerance test on power ca- pacitor shell; furthermore, it proposes explicit requirements on test articles, test methods, loop parameter and measuring system in accordance with experience accumulated from years of the tests and research find- ings and innovatively introduces Joule-integral and applies it to injection energy calculation. By designing test loop in accordance to test requirements and methods and detection of test, explosion tolerance test of series capacitors used for UHV series compensation devices.
