摘要
采用高塔成型技术研究了低密度浓缩洗衣粉的配方和工艺。实验发现,烷基苯磺酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、4A沸石、羧甲基纤维素钠和对甲苯磺酸钠能使料浆黏度增大,纯碱、泡花碱和聚羧酸盐可使料浆黏度减小,改性聚羧酸盐PAA-L是有效的料浆降黏剂。当料浆温度为70℃时,能获得适宜黏度的料浆总固体为:含磷和无磷浓缩洗衣粉分别为63%和61%。中试产品的表观密度为0.30 g/cm3~0.32 g/cm3,其余理化指标均符合GB/T13171—2004中浓缩洗衣粉的要求。用高塔成型工艺开发低密度浓缩洗衣粉更适合中国国情。
Formulation and technology of low-density concentrated laundry powder by tower process were studied. In the experiment, it was found that the slurry viscosity was increased by sodium alkylbenzene sulfonate, sodium tripolyphosphate, 4A zeolite, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and sodium para toluene sulfonate, and decreased by sodium carbonate, sodium silicate and polycarboxylate. Experiment revealed that modified polycarboxylate PAA-L was an effective viscosity-reducing agent for slurry. At 70 ℃, the total solid amount in phosphate detergent and non-phosphate detergent obtained suitable slurry viscosity was 63% and 61% respectively. The apparent density of pilot product was 0.30 g / cm^3 0.32 g / cm^3. All the other physieoehemical indexes met the requirements for concentrated laundry powder in GB / T 13171-2004. Developing low-density concentrated laundry powder by tower process is more suitable to China's national conditions.
