摘要
研究了聚合物在浓缩无磷洗衣粉配方中的应用,以及利用现有的高塔喷粉设备进行工艺改造,生产浓缩无磷洗衣粉。同时,研究了此种工艺下的产品质量,对技术改造前后的能耗和产能进行了对比。结果表明,利用高分子聚合物可以有效改善浓缩粉的抗再沉积和抗灰分能力,利用现有的高塔喷粉设备可以有效提升浓缩无磷洗衣粉的产能并提高热能的利用率。
The application of water soluble polymer as detergent composition and the production process of concentrated phosphate free powdered detergent were studied. Detergency, chemical and physical properties of concentrated phosphate free powdered detergent were detected according to GB / T 13174-2008. It showed that copolymer of acrylic acid and maleic acid with low molecular weight had high efficiency in soil antiredeposition and mineral encrustation inhibition in powdered detergent. New process in current sprayer tower was suitable for production of concentrated powdered detergent. It could increase the capacity of production and the efficiency of heat utilization
