摘要
通过合成闸瓦与车轮摩擦磨损的原理分析和试验验证,提出了合成闸瓦金属镶嵌机理模式为:车轮因摩擦磨损产生的磨粒或碎片附着在闸瓦表面成为金属镶嵌的起始点,当制动过程中有“冷焊”条件时,车轮踏面金属向起始点转移,起始点不断长大,成为金属镶嵌物。
Based on analyses and tests on the friction and wear between wheels and composition brake shoe,the pattern of metal mounting mechanism of composition brake shoe was put forward.The metal particles or clastics produced from a wheel due to friction and wear adhere to the surface of the shoe to form the original points.During the braking process,the metal of the wheel tread was transferred to the original points under “cold melt ”condition,and the original points grow gradually to form the metal tessera in the end.
