摘要
针对目前川菜餐具"道器"设计忽略之现象,深入分析造成这一现象的本质原因。在此基础上,重点阐述何为川菜餐具的"道"和"器"设计,并提出在现代川菜餐具设计中,为了更好的促进川菜品牌的发展,更有利于继承和发扬巴蜀文化的精髓,必须将"道器"完美结合起来的设计思路和方法。
People didn't pay enough attention to "Spirit and Form" in tableware design of Sichuan Cuisine.Focusing on what "Spirit and Form" of tableware design,proposed the idea that in the modern tableware design,the "Spirit" and "Form" design should be integrate in order to better promote the development of Sichuan Cuisine brands,and carry forward the essence of Bashu culture.situation of light design.
