摘要
探讨了川菜发展战略必须重视其餐具设计,在餐具上体现四川文化的必要性,并初步阐述了川菜餐具设计体现四川文化元素的设计视角与方法:立足餐饮遴选文化元素;餐具设计在色彩、形态和材质方面的考虑点,为后续川菜餐具设计的研究与实践提出建议。
The necessity of embodiment of Sichuan culture in tableware design was discussed and it was suggested tableware design should be recognized in Sichuan cuisine development strategy. The design view angle and method of embodiment of Sichuan cultural elements in tableware design were discussed, which were the selection of Sichuan cultural elements and the consideration in color, form and material. Sugges- tions for future research and practice of Sichuan cuisine tableware design were put forward.
