摘要
系统分析了2001—2008年间浙江省获国家自然科学基金资助项目的情况,包括资助项目类别、批准经费、项目依托单位数量与组成等。在此基础上,重点分析了浙江省基础科学研究方面的优势和劣势,并从加强领军人物的培养和引进,发挥年轻人的发展潜力,形成更为合理的基础研究单位结构和人才结构三方面,提出了管理建议。
The trend of national natural science foundation supported projects obtained by Zhejiang province during 2001--2008 was systematically analyzed, including project category, project funds, amount and structure of the undertaking organizations. The advantages and disadvantages in basic scientific-research of Zhejiang province were focused on, and suggestions were put forward, such as bringing and cultivating leading-scientists, promoting scientificresearch potential of young scientists, and improving organization and scientist structures.
