摘要
对1990～2001年内蒙古和内蒙古大学获得国家自然科学基金面上项目与全国批准情况进行了比较;对1986～2001年内蒙古大学获得国家自然科学基金面上项目,按申请与获准的项目类别、学科分布、研究性质、项目负责人的职称与年龄分布和各学院承担情况等方面,进行了全面系统的统计分析,可为内蒙古大学教师申请国家自然科学基金项目提供参考.国家自然科学基金已经成为内蒙古大学开展基础研究和应用基础研究的主要经费来源,为学校基础研究队伍的成长提供了有利条件,增强了师生的科研能力和学术水平,培养了一批科研骨干和学术带头人,促进越来越多科研成果的出现.同时对加强本校基础研究和应用基础研究,提高科学基金管理工作水平,提出了一些建议.
The article compares the general projects gained by NeiMongol and NeiMongol University with ratification projects of NSFC during 1990~2001,and analysis the NSFC general projects gained by NeiMongol University during 1986~2001.The systematical statistical analysis is based on project classification of applying and gained, science distribution, research type,title and age of principal investigator, gained of colleges,and so on.The results of analysis can be used for teachers to apply projects of NSFC.At present NSFC become the main source of funds to develop basic research and applied basic research in our university.It has provided favorable conditions for rapid growth of basic research personnel,improved research abilities and academic levels of the teachers and students,trained a batch of scientific research backbone and academic lead,and promoted more and more basic research achievements. Some ideas and suggestions are given to promote the development of basic research and applied basic research in our university, improve the management levels of NSFC.
