摘要
分析了微机与电子秤并行打印口直接通信时存在的问题,提出了在微机与电子秤之间增加一块信号板,既可控制电子秤工作,又可实时检测其上的加料量;为此,设计了一块通信处理板,实现了微机与电子秤的通信.在配料系统中采用该通信技术,微机从电子秤的并行打印口实时地采集到加料量,实现了配料控制.
To analyse the direct parallel port communication between PC and electric scale. The electronic scale is not only controlled working but also surveyed weight on it by adding a signal board in PC. A communication board is designed for it, which make the indirect communication possible between PC and the electronic scale. Using this method in dispensing system, the PC can acquire realtime weight data from electronic scale parallel port, which realizes the dispensing control. This technique can also be used in any communication system between PC and equipment with print port outputting data.
