摘要
针对我国化工、电缆、和制药等行业对提高产品质量和生产自动化的需求,提出了基于失重式方式的生产线用连续配料称重系统设计方案.硬件设计采用工业控制计算机和具有自主知识产权的控制器相结合的控制方式,构建了双层控制架构,通过485总线进行数据传输;利用Visu-al C++和SQL Server2000数据库设计了失重式连续配料称重系统的控制软件,结合SQL数据库完成了数据的显示、存储和管理,提供友好的人机交互界面.该系统取得很好的检测结果,并广泛应用于工业生产中.
In view of the demand of improving the quality of products and production automation, a continuous feeding and weighting system design proposal based on weight-decreasing way for production line is proposed. The hardware design adopts the control mode of industrial control computer combined with controller with proprietary in- tellectual property rights, constructing double control architecture, through the 485 bus for data transmission. Using Visual C + + and SQL Server2000 database, we design the control software of weight-decreasing continuous feeding and weighting system, complete data display, storage and management integrated with SQL database, and provide a friendly man-machine interface. The system has achieved good detection results, and it has been widely used in in- dustrial production.
