摘要
根据特高压交流示范工程系统参数、动模试验数据及系统调试数据,分析了1000kV特高压输电线路保护的有关问题,诸如:采取补偿措施的分相电流差动保护;故障暂态过程中产生的高频分量频率接近工频频率;短路过程中非周期分量衰减常数较大;故障尤其是高阻接地时故障分量可能比较小;CVT暂态过程和过电压问题。结果显示,目前的保护配置完善可靠,可以满足特高压系统安全稳定运行的需求。
Based on the power system parameters, the data from the dynamic tests and the data from system debug of the UHVAC AC demonstration project, several issues over 1 000 kV transmission line protection are discussed, such as phase current differential protection with compensation measurements, the high frequency component which is close to the main frequency during the transient fault period, the non-periodic component attenuation time constant, the high impedance fault component, the CVT transient problem and the over-voltage problem. The results show that the present configuration is reliable and can guarantee the safe and stable operation of the UHVAC demonstrationt project.
