摘要
目的探讨生理性海水鼻腔护理器(宝恩)联合标准桃金娘油胶囊(吉诺通)治疗干燥性鼻炎的疗效.方法将122例患者随机分成两组,治疗组给予生理性海水鼻腔护理器喷鼻(3次/d);对照组给予善帮鼻腔冲洗器洗鼻(3次/d);两组均口服标准桃金娘油胶囊,300mgtid,共服14d.观察两组治疗前后症状、体征及有效率.结果根据两组的主要症状、体征及疗效,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05).结论生理性海水鼻腔护理器联合标准桃金娘油胶囊治疗干燥性鼻炎,可以缩短病程,改善鼻腔功能,疗效确切,且使用安全、舒适、方便,可以作为治疗干燥性鼻炎的理想药物.
Objective To investigate the efficacy of the treatment in rhinitis sicca by the combination of nasal-care device（Bao en） of physiological seawater with standard mortal capsule（Ji Nuotong）.Methods 122 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,patients in the treatment group were treated with the physiological sea water nasal care device（3 times/day）;patients in the control group were treated with the Shan-bang nasal irrigator（3 times/day）.Patients in both groups took the standard oral Myrtol capsule once a time（300 mg）,3 times a day,with the total of 14 d.Then we observed the symptoms,signs and efficiency of patients in the two groups before and after treatment.Results According to the main symptoms,signs and efficiency of patients in the two groups,the efficacy in the treatment group was superior to the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The combination of nasal-care devices of physiological seawater with standard Mortal capsule in treating rhinitis sicca can shorten the course of this disease,improve nasal function,and it is effective,comfortable,and convenient,and also can be used as the ideal medicine to treat rhinitis sicca.
