团队建设促进护士职业倦怠改善的思路研究 被引量:4

摘要 护士是职业倦怠多发的职业之一,对于减少护士职业倦怠发生的研究和干预措施也有本文以使护士获得精神和心理上的轻松以及职业价值的认同为主要目标,提出通过团队建设来缓解和降低护士职业倦怠的思路,其中涉厦了职业价值观优化、团队关怀计划、管理者改善三方面的措施。
