摘要
目的 探讨心理护理对围手术期耳鼻咽喉患者的影响。方法回顾性总结分析118例耳鼻咽喉患者的护理．将患者随机分为观察组和对照组各59例，观察组患者接受心理护理，对照组未接受心理护理，采用围手术期患者心理护理评分表进行评分，通过询问患者的自我感觉，观察患者面部表情、肌肉紧张程度、情绪反应、对手术的思想准备等进行总体评分。比较术后两组患者满意程度。结果经心理护理后．观察组耳鼻咽喉患者满意程度与对照组比较，差异有显著性（P〈0．05），观察组患者满意度（72．88％）显著高于对照组（18．64％）。结论实施心理护理可减轻耳鼻咽喉患者心理负担，消除其紧张及焦虑等不良情绪，提高患者对护理的满意度，有利于患者早习康复。
Objective To explore the psychological care of the perioperative effects of ENT patients. Conclusion The implementation of the psychological care reduce the psychological burden of ENT patients, eliminating their negative feelings such as tension and anxiety, improve patient care and satisfaction are conducive to patient recovery.
