摘要
目的 探讨心理护理对围手术期耳鼻咽喉患者的影响。方法回顾性总结分析118例耳鼻咽喉患者的护理.将患者随机分为观察组和对照组各59例,观察组患者接受心理护理,对照组未接受心理护理,采用围手术期患者心理护理评分表进行评分,通过询问患者的自我感觉,观察患者面部表情、肌肉紧张程度、情绪反应、对手术的思想准备等进行总体评分。比较术后两组患者满意程度。结果经心理护理后.观察组耳鼻咽喉患者满意程度与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P〈0.05),观察组患者满意度(72.88%)显著高于对照组(18.64%)。结论实施心理护理可减轻耳鼻咽喉患者心理负担,消除其紧张及焦虑等不良情绪,提高患者对护理的满意度,有利于患者早习康复。
Objective To explore the psychological care of the perioperative effects of ENT patients.
